of a montana woman accused of shoving her husband off of a cliff. jordan graham and cody johnson had been married only eight days when prosecutors say graham pushed him with both hands off of a cliff in glacier national park. the defense said it was not intentional, they say graham was acting in self-defense after a heated argument. is it ef know elam picks up the story from there. >> reporter: what started as a wedding is ending in a courtroom trial. >> reporter: did you kill cody, did you mean to push your husband off a cliff? >> reporter: this month, jordan lynn graham will go on trial for murder. federal prosecutors say the 22-year-old deliberately shoved her 25-year-old husband to his death off of a cliff july 7th, eight days after their wedding. friends of cody johnson say they noticed problems from the start. >> when they were exchanging vows, jordan was looking down and wasn't looking at cody. >> reporter: graham's attorneys are claiming it was an accident, saying the couple started arguing, and that when she tried to remove her husband's hand from her arm, he lost his balance. in

's hedging. it's a real good hedge. if you want to, you can buy johnson & johnson and procter & gamble. and my trust owns both of them because they are earnings momentum and restructuring stories respectively. we will be looking to buy them for the trust if they get hammered. i know it shouldn't be that easy. you have to be suspicious of any trading strategy that comes out so easily. but it sure makes sense if you're calling for the over so to speak, meaning more jobs as my friend and writing colleague at the street.com has suggested to me. and by the way, this man has been dead right on this number. probably the best guy i know on what the number's going to be like. besides, it's cheap insurance of what could be a treacherous 3.35% in the ten-year that will, indeed cause stocks to decline. it's going to be a shock to the parts of the stock market that are most sensitive to rates. no, i'm not calling for bonds to go to 3.5% immediately, but bonds do overshoot, and that's where the ten-year could go in a short period of time after a stronger than expected number. needless to say, you ca

dermott on speculation friday? simple, it announced the old ceo steven johnson who has been running the company some say running the company into the ground for the last four years will be retiring later this month. going to be replaced by david dixon. and before that he ran the u.s. arm of technip a terrific energy construction firms that's one of the principal competitors. dixon has 23 years of offshore experience. that's right, in engineering construction for oil fields and i think he's the right guy for the job. i think he has the experience to turn the company around. mcdermott's management is being revamped, but that alone will not make for a turn around, creates the potential for one. what do i think is happening could encourage shareholders? first of all, and this is crucial in any stock story comeback. after all the company's missteps, the expectations for mcdermott have gotten so low that the stock seems to be impervious to bad news. what i regarded as a disappointing quarter. earnings coming in well below expectations. company's backlog decreasing an astounding 9% and serious execution issues

, strategist at wdi trading group. chief johnson from asset management. lou, three days in a row of down days. it is making people start to wonder, have we seem is gains for a year? >> we have had a santa claus rally all this week. the market does have to trade even though the fed is there debting our fact. i do think the interesting factor is the fed and, you know, after we get the unemployment report on friday, depending on where that unemployment rate is, the fed may be able to say to themselves, if not publicly wrb that the cumulative improvement in the labor market since they began the qe back in september is 2012 is enough for that part of the equation. but they also have to figure is it going to continue? and that's something that they have to guess at. so will they be willing to guess and make a move in december if the unemployment rate falls to 7.1% or 7%? i think it went up last month. that was affected by the government shutdown. as opposed to the nonfarm payrolls which were not affected by the government shutdown. so, you know, i think that extra factor, will the fed begin to tape
